Muscle testing AKA Kinesiology is a technique that allows us to understand more about ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally through answers from our subconscious mind. Unlike the conscious mind which is constantly being bombarded with information and thoughts, the subconscious mind is well aware of our beliefs, skills and memories. Muscle testing is carried out through various methods; ring-in ring, sway test, and the elbow test, to name a few. All of them involve simple true or false questions which the muscles can answer by staying strong or going weak, or by the body swaying towards or away from a certain physical item or idea.

This is a muscle testing method that I use where specific fingers on both hands are used to form interlocked rings, thus its name ring-in-ring. Using your thumb and index finger make a ring shape on one hand. Pass the thumb of your other hand through the ring shape and join it with the index finger of the other hand. This forms two interlocked rings.

One hand acts as the resistance ring while the other acts as the pressure ring. The resistance ring will hold strong on a true answer and break open/go weak on a false answer.

The sessions are typically 30 or 60 minutes, although they can be longer if you are

interested in more healing and rebalancing during a session.

They are typically 60 minutes, consisting of the first part of information gathering and

formation of your customized One Command. Secondly, I will take you through the guided

meditation where you visualize going to the quantum field and then we activate your One

Command for you.

You’ll need to be well hydrated so I can link into your energy for muscle testing. Also, remember to make a list of several things you’d like to work on before your session begins.

I provide phone appointments for all of my sessions.

People who are already energy sensitive will usually feel energy moving or rebalancing

during the sessions. Many people just feel lighter, like a weight has been lifted.

You can do 1 session or many, it all depends on what you’d like to work on and how many

energetic issues need to be reset, rebalanced or removed.

As the practitioner, I will act as proxy for you. I link into your energy and then do muscle testing on your behalf to navigate through the Body Code app. Once I have figured out each issue, I will run a magnet over part of my governing meridian (forehead to the back of my neck) while stating what we are resetting, removing, reprogramming or rebalancing for you.
